Maintaining Tire Health
Why it Matters:
Proper tire maintenance protects your health, protects the environment and extends the life of your tires.
Check Tire Pressure:
Use a tire check: After removing the valve cap, press the gauge onto the valve stem. Compare your readings to the recommended air pressure listed on the sticker inside the driver’s door frame or in your owner’s manual. Change the pressure: If necessary, use an air compressor to properly inflate or deflate your tires.
